Justin Foley is the Managing Member of Deluxe Park Capital, a Santa Barbara, California-based manufactured housing community (MHC) syndication firm. He brings over a decade of experience as an owner-operator of eight mobile home communities totaling roughly 330+ units and $35+M in value.

In addition to the MHP portfolio, Justin works as a Senior Account Executive at AppFolio’s Investment Management division, giving him a front-row seat to how real estate investment firms manage and scale their operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Fresno State.

Justin partners with investors through deal-by-deal syndications structured under Reg D 506(c), combining his operator-level knowledge of manufactured housing with a disciplined, investor-aligned approach to acquisitions.
